The Maids

Well my uncle is in the hospital coming home any day now! Yesterday was first time me and my Fiancé saw his apartment ! It was in terrible condition! I hate to say it was dirty and smelly! Just awful to think my uncle was living like this not telling me what’s going on cause he is very private and got a lot of pride!So I told Mr Odell the problem he sent 3 very nice ladies to come yesterday to clean! After about 2 hours later me and my Fiancé came back to inspect there work They turned Uncs Apartment from Hell to Fantastic! Those ladies cleaned their butts off!Smells good and everything! When my Unc come home he will very pleased! Now he can rest his head like he should! Thank u Mr Ozell and his crew of Ladies! Keep up the Good Work y’all!

I did 4 cleanings with this service. Ozell represents himself as owner. He initially came to my home to give a quote. We agreed on price bi-wily with what I expected with cleaning, which he said was all part of his standard cleaning. He told me in his standard cleaning was included inside of glass of all doors going to outside home, baseboards in each room, and windowsills. I was surprised because that’s no usually part of standard cleaning! Only 2 doors had inside glass cleaned and baseboards only wiped down on 2 bd cleaning, after first cleaning I called Ozell to ask what happened with his standard services. The table top glass on end tables were never wiped down with glass cleaner, even after complaint to Ozell the first cleaning, which was the worst. Ozell asked me to take pics, which I did and sent them to him. He called back, after receiving pics, to ask if I wanted a reclamation. I said no, just let ladies know to do a better job next service. After 4th cleaning Ozell asked me to take pics again and write expectations of cleaning down and send to him, because he already had two pages of my expectations written down for ladies. I told him that was his job to teach his staff cleaning and teach them his standard expectations, not mine to take pics of proof each time and then write expectations for his staff. Asked him what possibly was on extra expectations that was 2 pages of my request. He said well just 1 page and second page was Spanish same expectations as English first page. I told him all I asked for was standard cleaning, which he said baseboards and window sills along with inside glass on doors leading outside was on the standard job list. So what I told him with first walk through was I didn’t expect bed, only one slept in, linens changed or bed made, I do that myself, don’t open glass curio cabinets, don’t remove anything from book shelves in living room and tv room, or bother to dust or clean anything on walls. Since I work from home, I instructed him that I’d leave front door unlocked, don’t ring doorbell, just walk in and do cleaning and leave, since I’m in office with door shut and can’t be disturbed, since I’m on the phone. The first time the doorbell was used when they arrived. The second time instead of doorbell, 4 ladies arrive with everyone yelling hello upon entrance, when my office is by front door. Instead of just leaving after second cleaning, one lady knocks on office door loudly to tell me they are leaving, making me have to stop what I’m doing and say don’t knock on door, if your done just leave, please. So they leave and stand on porch by office window laughing to continue to disturb my work.Talking loudly and laughing with each other while cleaning is not professional, especially when they knew I was working in the home. So as you can see I didn’t have a page of extras I wanted done that was so hard to remember; I actually requested less than what Ozell initially said was standard cleaning, but didn’t ask for his quoted standard price to be reduced from $180 bi-Willy. If you can still see fingerprints and marks of something spilled on glass tabletops, than obviously no glass cleaner was used, just a feather duster! Again Ozell asked if I wanted a house repeat cleaning. I told him I didn’t have time for repeat cleans, if this is how his staff cleans, which results in me having to have repeat cleanings each time, than cancel services and obviously he needs to train his staff on what his standards include and how to give one cleaning with quality service that he advertises.I definitely don’t recommend this company!

The maid was a great experience my recent comment was unprofessional and I acted like a child since I didn't get my way and if I harmed your business in anyway that I apologize...Dan really cares about people he offered free maid serves for cancer patients...but no I was blinded by my greed and I spoke in spite and not love...Dan I hope the business keeps on going even after my evil comments... Very nice group of people.. never had a clean so good and deep. Looked like I put in New baseboards after they were done. Will deff recommend them.
